Overview

 

Summary HD Lead Generator (LG) identifies potential air conditioning and heating product purchasers who shop at the Home Depot. The role qualifies potential customers through open, friendly, and engaging dialogue and signing customers up for Heating and Cooling – Replacement, Tune up and IAQ Services offered by Coolray Home Depot. The LG also provides necessary information and materials explaining the benefits of the HVAC replacement, repair and maintenance program to customers and builds awareness for these programs with store associates.

LG Job Description

  • Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances Coolray Home Depot’s business image.
  • Maintain and utilize the HVAC Kiosk / Display / End Cap within the Home Depot to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services from the Home Depot.
  • Initiate communication with prospective purchasers during their shopping experience in the store.
  • Proactively greet customers, engage in informative / investigate conversation, qualify potential purchasers and establish a sales appointment date and time.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HD store associates and key management personnel by interacting with them while working in the store.
  • Educate and build awareness of the Home Depot customers and store employees about the HVAC Program using Product Knowledge (PK) sessions and / or special events.
  • Attend and conduct Product Knowledge sessions about HVAC product with the Home Depot store employees.

Achieve specified program objectives and goals through the initiation of personal communication with prospects

    3. Leads Generated – atleast 3-5 per day
    4. Leads Called in confirmed and run – Any Lead over 10+
    5. Store Connectivity - LEAD GENERATION, APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION, Store connectivity with Home Depot Managers, ASMs, DHs, Associate Connectivity & Training, PKs, Weekend Events, Kids Workshop, Road Shows, Specialists Connectivity & Training
    6. Cross Promoting / Bundling – All Coolray HD Services
