Coolray is currently seeking HVAC Parts Runner to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our Install Helpers perform basic HVAC tasks, assist our experienced HVAC Installers, and provide exceptional customer service at ALL times by treating customers with the utmost respect and attention. The position will provide on the job training and learning while requiring adherence to workplace procedures, following health and safety guidance, and successfully completing tasks to help you gain further HVAC licenses/certifications.

The Role:

How would you like to be a part of one of the fastest growing home service companies in the Southeast? You’ll be able to play an important role within the HVAC Installation Department at Coolray Companies. This role includes partnering with other departments to ensure accurate installation materials are being ordered and delivered to job sites,  along with providing the expected world class customer service Coolray is known for! the natural growth for this opportunity would be to become an Install apprentice after training and properly mastering the Parts Runner position. 

Earning Potential $45,000 - $55,000 per year, PLUS industry leading benefits, PTO, 6 Paid Holidays per year + get paid to take your birthday off, 401(k) with Company match and so much more!

What Will I Do?

• Deliver HVAC material to job sites 
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Travel to job sites in the service area and assist installers with their job site needs 
• Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies.

• Flexible to work overtime and on weekends
